perfect location breakfast buffet
The location is perfect. It allows very short walks. the breakfast buffet was superb. It provided options for everyone. the reception staff were friendly especially persia. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the places to visit.
The hotel charges five pounds per day to park as a resident.

wonderful stay
very nice service lovely welcome fine suite great balcony
we returned to this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. the service was very nice, and the welcome was lovely. we stayed in a suite that was clean and fine. the balcony offered great space for drinks before dinner, also chilling after a day in the lakes.
the steep hill leading to the hotel was a slight inconvenience, requiring consideration when planning outings.

breakfast included ample choice with quality products. the dinner menu had traditional dishes as well as more imaginative options. the restaurant staff were lovely, also attentive.

the staff were friendly, helpful, and tried to go the extra mile. the hotel reception team welcomed all customers. staff ensured guests had a pleasant stay by delivering really good service.

modern bathroom smart tv lovely views
the room had modern bathroom. it featured a smart tv which was handy. the location was great near the town center it was very close. i found the front seating provided lovely views it was relaxing.
i found some signs of wear in my room like tired wallpaper and carpet and some towels with makeup stains.

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. i found the staff helpful and quick to respond to requests. the room i occupied featured a comfortable bed that was really inviting after a long day (i slept like a log!).
the corridors leading to my room had a noticeable smell i couldn't quite place. also, i found that the in-room coffee was not quite to my liking.

friendly team single sofa clean room
the arrival felt great, and the check in team were friendly. as a family, we got a single sofa bed in its own separate lounge. the space worked well for our eldest and our youngest slept in a cot. the room had everything we needed and was clean. i liked that.
The room was a bit warm. I struggled a bit to get the air conditioning working properly.

the hotel offered a hot tub for relaxation in addition to a massage service, which i thought was really beneficial. the hotel also provides on-site parking, which costs a bit less than other options nearby.

the hotel sits in a good spot, so visiting the terrace to view the lake was easy. there was also a short walk to get to the lake, made exploring the surrounding area so much easier and fun.

comfy bed helpful staff great recommendations
the bed was super comfy and i slept soundly the room had biscuits and an ironing board which was helpful the staff were friendly at reception. persia was knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for places to visit.
the hotel lacked air conditioning, so the room became very hot and stuffy.
